Yes. Upon downloading the app, you'll be required to create or log in to an MLB account. A free one can be created on the spot within the app.
Can I make screenshots of my tickets for entry to the stadium?
Tickets, therefore, include an intelligent barcode that changes every few seconds to prevent fraud and theft.
Can I get printed tickets at will call even if I'm using the Ballpark app?
No. Once you retrieve a ticket in the MLB Ballpark, it is considered to have been "printed" and will not be available for pickup at will call. You must use your mobile device.
